30 Qt Outdoor Turkey Fryer & Seafood Boiler Kit with Triangular Base Contour

The Feasto 3 in 1 Turkey Fryer, Boiler, Steamer set provides everything you need to be a holiday hero or throw one killer low country boil. The set up requires a little assembly but it’s easily done in less than 20 mins with a Phillips head screwdriver and a wrench. Once assembled the base is sturdy and the provided pot fits perfectly. There is no built in igniter so you will need a long lighter to light. Once lit the flame is adjustable using the control knob and I found the design to be very good at maintaining a flame even in some windy conditions. The set includes a large 30 qt pot, turkey rack, frying basket, lifting hook, and marinade injector. I wouldn’t say any of the accessories are the highest quality but they worked fine for my use. The pot is light weight and heats quickly. Overall, this is a great set to give you everything you need for the perfect deep fried turkey.

This is the first outdoor fryer/boiler I've owned. What I was looking for was a cooker with a large enough cooking pot to use for alternative purposes besides frying turkeys. I was not disappointed. The stainless steel 30-quart cooking pot met my expectations measuring in at around 14.5" deep and 12" across. This is more than enough room for my purposes... and more than enough room to deep fry a good-sized turkey or boil hundreds of pounds of mud-bugs. The assembly of this unit is very easy, however, I did need to search for the assembly instructions a bit. I located these in the back of the owner's manual. Standard low quality assembly tools are included with this kit but I expect most buyers will use their own tools and cut the assembly time in half. BTW... the unit uses metric hardware. The pot stand is very stable, minimizing the worry of the unit tipping over because it is too top heavy. As far as the accessories it ships with, it comes with all the basic tools needed for deep frying a turkey or boiling a pot of crawfish or clams. It also comes with a long internal meat thermometer (yay) and a syringe for injecting a bird with marinade or broth (double yay). The propane line is standard and hooks up to a regular tank (one you'd purchase from most propane distributors, grocery stores, big box stores or convenience stores). The gas regulator is located at the propane tank. If I were to point out any item I feel could be improved upon, it would be this valve. It feels cheap. Made with a low-quality plastic, it feels flimsy. It does do the job of regulating the flame, so at the end of the day, I can't be too critical. We'll see how long it holds up. Out of the box, besides assembly, you can be up and running with this fryer/boiler in 30 to 45 minutes. I am more than pleased with the Feasto 30-quart deep fryer. Although not a veteran of a turkey fry or crawfish boil, my experience with this fryer for my purposes, has been excellent. I would highly recommend

I love this set-up. It is perfect for deep frying a turkey and doing a seafood boil. It works perfectly with my Woks.
